We count the Items in your inventory across every storage spot. Archived or deleted items don’t count.

Yes. Switch up or down anytime from your account. Billing updates on your next cycle.
How much file storage is included?
File storage covers images and documents: item photos, manuals, documentation, and similar attachments. Free includes 1 GB. Solo Events includes 10 GB, Event Team 25 GB, and Production 100 GB. Bigger setups can get custom storage.
How does AI photo enrichment work per day?
AI photo enrichment starts on paid plans: Solo Events 50/day, Event Team 100/day, Production 300/day. Enterprise is unlimited. Free can still add items manually anytime. The counter resets each day.
What is company domain auto-join?
Register your company email domain (for example @yourcompany.com). People who sign up with that domain can be accepted into your organisation automatically. Included on Enterprise; available as an add-on on Production.
What if I exceed my limit?
We’ll ask you to upgrade before you add more items. Your existing inventory stays available while you pick a bigger plan. Hit the AI daily cap? Wait until tomorrow or upgrade for a higher limit.
